Beginning in August 2023, all publicly-funded programs that serve children ages birth to five are required by state law to participate in VQB5. The Virginia Board of Education has completed the first review of the proposed VQB5 2023-2024 Guidelines. These guidelines will be presented to the board again in June for final review.
